At Seashore Gourmet, I believe that cooking should be joyful, creative, and accessible to everyone. My pasta-making classes are designed to share that passion with you, whether you’re a total beginner or have loads of experience in the kitchen. I’ve spent years making fresh pasta, and I’m excited to help you build confidence and skills in a fun, welcoming environment. Together, we’ll roll, shape, and savor delicious handmade pasta turning simple ingredients into an unforgettable experience.

Brie has a ServSafe Manager certification and a ServSafe Allergens certification.
