Class 1

- Arrival time/ intros
- After arriving promptly on time, we’ll do introductions, pour drinks and head into the kitchen!
- Learn how to make your pasta dough
- Pasta dinner!
  While your pasta dough rests, enjoy fresh pasta dishes while watching a demonstration on how to use pasta machines to roll and cut pasta. This is a great time to ask any questions you might have!
- Make & cut pasta
- Take your pasta home to enjoy
Each student will be provided these items for use during class:
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Apron
- All cooking supplies
- Access to pasta machines, pasta cutters, bench scrapers, etc.
- Packaging to bring your pasta home in
Our location has 10 available parking spots. Please park directly behind the car in front of you to ensure that all students have a place to park .
Please use the side entrance up the driveway.

- Classes are between 2-2.5 hours long
- BYOB
- Pasta meal included
- You’ll take home the pasta you make!
